避けては通れない税金の支払い。
今回は、税金の名称を表す名詞とその説明を英語でしてみましょう。
- 消費税/Consumption Tax

- 住民税/Resident’s Tax

In Japan, there’s a local tax that people who live in a certain area need to pay. It’s based on how much money they earned the year before. The tax has two parts: one that goes to the city, town, or village, and another part that goes to the prefecture.
- 所得税/Income Tax

In Japan, there’s a tax called income tax that individuals and businesses have to pay. The tax rate goes up as people earn more money, so those with higher incomes pay a higher percentage of their money in taxes.
